In order to encourage the growth of Wika Realty in the present and future, in October 2012 the company make changes to the organizational structure of the Directorate of development and Operations Directorate The Directorate of Operations 1 (Landed House products) and the Directorate of Operations 2 (High Rise & Property Products).  the changes to the organizational structure it will sharpen Performance Directorate, the target company more focused, since each Directorate will handle the start of planning or feasibility study up to after-sales service. in the new organizational structure, the company added one Bureau of Bureau of marketing.  The formation of the marketing agency is expected to exercise programs marketing and promotion to be centralized and can run even better than before. the new organizational structure allows the increasingly challenging careers for all employees.
