Gunawan
President Commissioner

  • He is an Indonesian citizen, born on the 29th of August 1964 (46 years old) in Jakarta.
  • He obtained a Masters Degree (S2) in Law from the American University, Washington D.C., USA in 1998 and, prior to that, a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law from Diponegoro University, Semarang, in 1987.
  • He has held the position of President Commissioner of the Company since April 2010.
  • He is also currently the General Manager of the Legal Division of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, a position he has held since January 2010.
  • His previous positions included the following: General Manager of Human Capital at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2008–2009) and General Manager of Human Resource Development at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2004–2007), Corporate Secretary at Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2003-2004)

  • He is an Indonesian citizen, born on the 8th of April 1954 (56 years old) in Surakarta.
  • He obtained a Masters degree (S2) in Management from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 1994 and, prior to that, a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University, Semarang in 1979.
  • He has held the position of Commissioner of the Company since April 2010.
  • His previous positions included the following: President Commissioner PT Wika Realty (2007-2010), President Commissioner PT WIKA NGK (1999-2010), Director of Operations II PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2002 – 2008), Director of Finance and Human Resources at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2001 – 2002), Director of Operations II PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (1997 – 2001), Manager of Operational Control and Market Developments at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (1996 – 1997), Buildings Divison Manager at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (1992 – 1996).

  • Appointed as Commissioner of the Company since 2011 until now.
  • Currently serving as Director of Operations Retired PT. Nindya Works (Limited).

  • He obtained a Masters Degree (S2) in Management from PPM College of Management, Jakarta, in 1997 and, prior to that, a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering from Diponegoro University, Semarang, in 1987.
  • He has been the President Director of the Company since April 2010.
  • His previous positions include the following: President Director of PT Wika Gedung (2008 – 2010) while also acting as the General Manager for Buildings at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk; Manager of the Buildings Division at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2007 – 2008).   • He has been the Director of Company Finance and Human Resources since 2009.
  • His previous positions include the following: Company Secretary at PT Wijaya Karya (2008 – 2009) while also acting as the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners at PT Wika Beton; Manager of Investor and Public Relations at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2007 – 2008); Head of the Human Resources Ratings Office of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (2004 – 2007); General Manager of Personnel and Finance at PT Wika NGK (2000 – 2004).

  • He served as Operation Director since August 2012. 
  • His previous positions among other were Project Manager at  PT Wijaya Karya (persero) Tbk 2010 for KBI Building Bandar Lampung; Project Manager SA and Plumbing at PT Wijaya Karya (persero) Tbk for BSD Enterainment Center (2008-2010),  Project Manager  PT Wijaya Karya (persero) Tbk for Finishing project at at The Belleza. (2008) Project Manager PT Wijaya Karya  for Gajah Mada   Residences (2005), Project Manager PT Wijaya Karya  for Structure, Architect,  and  Plumbing  for  Mediterania  Appartement. (2003-2005)

  • He has been the Director of Company Operations since April 2010.
  • His previous positions include the following: Manager of Operations II at PT Wika Realty (2007 – 2010); Project Manager for the building of the Jabar Bank Depok Branch by PT Wika Realty (2006 – 2008).
  • Project Manager for Construction Management Work in the building of the Kemayoran Trade Center by PT Wika Realty (2005 – 2006).
